Our Cherry Reversible Carving Board, in 20"x14", is an update on our classic Maple Reversible Carving Board. This style board has been rated the best carving board by both America's Test Kitchen (see video) and Cook's Illustrated. One side has a well to cradle your poultry and/or roast to prevent slipping on the board while carving. The reverse side is flat with a large juice groove for carving beef. Great for other large, round items like pineapples, watermelons, eggplants, cabbages and more. The second side is flat and surrounded by an ample juice groove.
