The large size is made of sturdy maple with a handsome Walnut edge-cleat that holds the board securely against your counter’s edge while rolling out dough. The more compact version is the perfect gift for apartment-dwellers and small space lovers. At 20 x 15” inches, with a Maple edge-cleat, the board still allows ample surface for rolling out pastry dough, or getting a pizza prepped. The engraved rulers and guide marks make pastry-making a joy. Includes edge rulers and markings for various diameter rounds. The large size also includes a handy corner pin rest to keep your rolling pin from getting away. Maple board with an American Black Walnut or Maple counter cleat, finished in mineral oil.
