This adds strength to the blade and allows for a thin, strong and precise blade. Hand finished and sharpened by our master sharpeners with a handmade walnut and water buffalo horn handle this knife will be your favorite in no time.
Available in all sizes from 3" paring to 10.5" Slicer/Sujihiki with Kiritsuke variants as well.
