Furtif Evercut® 3.5" Paring knife

Evercut® are knives that retain their sharp edge for 25 years without ever requiring sharpening and are backed by a lifetime warranty on the cutting edge. The blade is made in Thiers, France from ultra-hard Titanium Carbide that is bonded to the hardened steel using a 7,000° F laser fusion. This results in a virtually wearproof edge that remains sharp 300 times longer than steel alone and 5 times longer than ceramic blades according to British CATRA laboratory, which translates roughly into 25 years of use. Made by Tarrerias-Bonjean, renowned French cutlery manufacturer since 1648, every Evercut® blade is engraved with a unique serial number and inspected up to 20 times to ensure a sharp and perfectly balanced knife.
