This new world-class cookware, made with gleaming 18/8 Stainless Steel, stylish glass lids and beautifully functional stay-cool handles, cooks effortlessly and looks great while doing it!
Tri-ply construction inserts a heat-conducting aluminum core between two layers of easy-care premium stainless steel providing even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface – even to the rim of the pan. The Stainless Steel interior is durable and non-reactive to foods.
Compatible with all cooktops; whether you prefer cooking with gas, electricity or magnetic induction our NEW 3.Clad™ cookware will perform perfectly. 3.Clad Cookware is also oven and broiler safe so you can feel comfortable testing all your new-found cooking skills - searing, braising and de-glazing, for instance. Oven safe to 500F, glass lid heat-safe to 425F.
Durable Non-stick coating; Whitford’s Fusion Ti ceramic non-stick coating is non-toxic and durable enough to withstand continual heavy use. Hand wash is recommended to prolong the life of the coating.
We’ve thought of everything; Tempered glass lids* allow you to watch your food cook without releasing steam or heat, Flared rims let you pour from the pan in a controlled fashion while preventing messes, Stay-cool stainless steel handles* keep things cool on the stovetop and also allow you to put the pans in the oven whenever you want.
Easy to clean. You want your cookware to be easy to use AND easy to clean. With 3.Clad™ you can put your cookware in the dishwasher for a simple clean-up, however we recommend hand washing as often as possible to avoid the harsh dishwasher environment.
