The Adamant Serving Pan is remarkably scratch resistant thanks to extremely robust coating. The innovative nonstick features silicon carbide particles that make the surface hard like stone. Silicon carbide is the lightest and hardest ceramic material, with excellent thermal conductivity and strong resistance to acids and alkalis. This unique surface has a tangible texture and a raw look reminiscent of cast-iron cookware.

Another advantage is the induction-compatible Cookstar all-stove base, which also performs beautifully on ceramic glass, electric and gas stovetops. The specially developed Fissler planium manufacturing process guarantees that the base will lie totally flat on the stove, for even heat distribution from the base to the rim of the pan. This construction promotes optimal heat absorption, distribution and retention, which saves energy and ensures best cooking results for crispy and gentle cooking.
