Made in Germany, the Adamant 11-Inch Wok stands out for its unusually tough nonstick coating, featuring silicon carbide particles that make the surface hard like stone. 

This premium nonstick surface is ideal for the wok cooking experience.  Its superior resilience allows for carefree use of metal spoons and spatulas.  It has excellent thermal conductivity and strong resistance to acids and alkalis.  Silicon carbide is both the lightest and hardest ceramic material, creating a best-of-both-worlds combination of features.

The Wok is dishwasher safe and easy to clean because there are no rivets inside the vessel to collect food or bacteria. The pan offers a look and texture reminiscent of cast-iron, but with added practicality. 

The Wok features a Cookstar all-stove base that works on all stovetops, including induction.  It features a long handle with an ergonomic comfort grip, for ease of use when tossing food in the pan.
